Sweda is a provider of Point of Sale Solutions in the Grocery retail space. We offer the SwedaMart application to process all the transactions and manage all the data in and out of a store. We control all physical input of information in a store including Regular Lanes, Self-Checkout, Mobile POS, Kiosk and even consumers using their own device. Our import facility and our TLOG are secured and available live at all times. We also have the SwedaAgent application that allows centralized management of data for external systems like Ecommerce, Pricing and Inventory inquiry, System Configuration and maintenance. We have a complete integrated promotion engine and tools to easily interface with EFT, Loyalty Systems and other Discount/Coupon systems.
Why did you join RSPA?
We were a member and had left to refocus our business model, now that it’s done we’re back. Our goal is to reconnect with the North American POS industry, find new partners to work with and create new opportunities together.
What are the core values of your company?
We have always been focused and dedicated in managing POS data, our experience and expertise allows us to develop software in a reasonable time & at a reasonable cost.

We have been in business for over 80 years and started as a manufacturer of Cash Registers.

The technology is now available and used by everyone, retailers and consumers. This changes the way we develop our applications, it is no longer a one way data flow, everyone now expects and deserves to get their share of data.
