B2B Association Membership Sales
The Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA), North America’s largest community of B2B technology solution providers in the retail, restaurant, grocery, and cannabis industries, is seeking a remote-based, full-time, high-initiative, growth-oriented Member Sales Manager. The Member Sales Manager will play a key role in driving new membership sales and will act as a trusted business advisor to prospective members. Success in this full-time role could lead to expanded responsibilities. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for the right kind of person.
You will work with a variety of organizations ranging from family-operated IT service providers to software companies to the Fortune 500. Among our 700+ member companies are Google, Ring, Shopify, GoDaddy, HP, Intel, Toshiba, and Epson.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A history of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Acumen and ability to grow beyond the role of salesperson and perform like a business leader
- Passion and self-motivation; a strong desire to learn about our offerings and each prospect’s needs
- Strong communication skills; the ability to listen to a prospect and explain how we can help them
- Willingness to travel to industry trade shows and conferences
- Desire to work for a small company where your opinion matters

Salary: $60,000-$80,000 per year (base + commission/bonuses)
