RSPA is a well-respected community that provides access to both resources and connections. SCI is excited to join RSPA to leverage the guidance from the counsel and the community, as well as the RSPA Academy. Given that retail as a key vertical for SCI, we are excited to develop strategic relationships with community members and continue to grow in the retail IT /POS channel. We are excited to share our expertise with community members and provide access to innovative solutions to manage unpredictable demand and deliver exceptional customer service.

What products/services do you provide?
SCI provides end-to-end supply chain and logistics services. These services include order fulfillment and inventory management, technical service, handing returns, and a wide range of transportation management solutions.
Our supply chain experts help businesses plan, build, and operate the logistics solution we recommend based on the size of operation and channels which they operate in.
We also offer various tech solutions, including depot repair, field tech services, staging, configuration, installation, spare parts management, advance exchange, white glove, salvaging, and recycling.

We understand the challenges the industry has faced due to COVID-19 and prior to the pandemic as e-commerce continues to grow in popularity, and we want to be part of the solution.
Our innovative retail logistics solutions were designed to optimize product supply chain management, allowing retailers and other businesses to respond to peak demands or changes in demand, while continuing to deliver exceptional customer experience.
