What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
Innovation, flexibility and Open APIs. The last few years have brought a significant shift in the industry that has forced companies to develop creative solutions to unforeseen situations. Many companies, including Xenial, took the opportunity to look forward, take the risk, and provide preemptive product innovation. One of these areas is a concrete shift to Drive-Thru, mobile-ordering and AI backed technology which Xenial is now offering across the market where operators are looking to reduce labor cost but still drive AUV and positive customer experiences.
