Waitbusters Dining is a Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides the best in brand solutions for wait line, reservations, table and server management, marketing, loyalty and online ordering, including curbside pick-up, hot spot delivery, delivery logistics and even 3rd party platform integrations. Because our approach was to build a connected ecosystem and not siloed products – we have no direct competitors. Our secret sauce: No matter what part of the software restaurants use, there is an incremental revenue generating feature that nobody else offers.
Why did you join RSPA?
POS integration and collaboration are key components to the success of our company. What better place than the RSPA to develop strategic relationships with community members who can educate us on industry trends and help us expand our reach.

How do you currently support the channel/what services do you provide to the channel?
We provide routine new feature overview webinars; attend sales calls to support our product; conduct demos; provide both physical collateral and digital marketing brochures and offer complete implementation support.
What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
The opening up of integrations with 3rd party solutions like ours.
