We have worked on innovative projects across the spectrum in retail, from an “intelligent store” project at Walmart to in-store inventory robotics at Gerrity’s, a local grocer in Scranton PA.

The most encouraging aspect for the future of the retail IT industry is the accelerated integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies. Given the continuous advancements in AI and ML technologies, their potential in retail IT is vast. As these technologies become more accessible and their applications more sophisticated, they are poised to revolutionize how retailers operate, making it more efficient, customer-centric, and adaptive to changing market dynamics.
