Why did you join RSPA?
Retail is constant but always evolving. Through the pandemic we saw customer journeys created overnight and technology and services companies challenged to deliver those innovations.  Organizations like RSPA bring the vendors needed to support Retail’s evolution together for partnership and collaboration.

What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
