PC Xtra is a leading supplier of standard and customized touch screen display solutions, kiosks, digital signage and custom computers for over 30 years. No matter where you have traveled in the world you most likely touched one of our displays.
Why did you join RSPA?
To get more exposure and to partner with a larger range of companies to offer a complete end to end solution in North America.
What are the core values of your company?
Long lasting relationships with both customers and suppliers. We design and build quality products keeping our customer best interest first always.
What verticals do you serve?
Retail, travel, manufacturing, medical, government to name a few.
What products/services do you provide?
We provide a wide range of kiosk and custom display/touch products from design to manufacturing. We also provide when required custom software applications such as our own CMS for our digital signage. On the service side we do in house repairs for in and out of warranty products and support customers through the various stages of their projects. We provide fully assembled kiosks, POS equipment, touch screen monitors as well as custom touch screen monitors and sensors and custom pc’s for a wide variety of applications.
Name one fun fact that makes your company different from others.
We were Elo’s first integrator in Canada and one of the first companies to add touchscreens to old curved CRT (tube tv) monitors …. dang those were heavy!
What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
The forever changing technology and customer behavior as a result. We see tremendous growth in the self service industry as people are so tech savvy these days.
