OneDine is proudly developed in Texas by innovators with decades of industry experience.
Why did you join RSPA?
OneDine is excited to join RSPA to be surrounded by like-minded innovators all serving the same purpose: to better the hospitality industry. We are excited to meet new partners, discover new exciting technologies, and to learn new, innovative ways to serve the industry. We have also just launched our channel program, so we are eager to find new partners to add OneDine to their portfolio of solutions.
What are the core values of your company?
At the very heart of OneDine, our deepest-running core value is the authentic desire to help the industry. For example, during the COVID19 pandemic, we sacrificed months of revenue to provide the OneDine solution to restaurants at no cost or obligation simply because we knew the fate of the industry was in the balance.
Our secondary core value is our OneDine Team. We understand that exceptional customer service starts with the people. OneDine focuses on empowering employees, allowing ALL team members to make decisions in the best interest of the customer. What products/services do you provide?
OneDine’s core product line includes streamlined ordering and payment solutions for an increasingly demanding industry. With products like mobile menu browsing, ordering, and payment from consumers devices, text-to-pay, eliminating the need for reading card numbers over the phone or taking credit cards from the hands of the consumer, or tableside EMV, OneDine ensures every restaurant can meet the needs and demands of every guest. Specifically, OneDine works conveniently alongside the existing technology in the restaurant, gaining even more value from existing investments.

The OneDine team is made up of professionals with years of experience in the restaurant industry. Collectively, the company has centuries of hospitality industry experience! As a rite of passage, all OneDine team members must assemble their own desk at the office, truly embodying the “put in the work” mentality shared by the OneDine team.
What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
Definitely the consumerization of Information Technology (IT), and specifically the rapid adoption of alternative ordering and commerce everywhere. This evolution that should have happened over last 10 years has happened in the last 18 months due to COVID. Innovation and consumer adoption is rapidly coming up to speed and it’s incredibly exciting to be at the forefront of that wave.
