Our story started decades ago, with a group of entrepreneurs, software developers and business executives. Our team has leveraged its expertise in location tracking, IoT device management and software development to meet the challenges of today’s low-contact, minimal workforce environment, doing more with less effort, simply, and economically. 

Why did you join RSPA?
To find development partners and distributors who see ways in which our applications can expand and enhance the utility of their own platforms.

What are the core values of your company?
To be innovatively distinctive in providing software applications that better fulfill the needs of many, but have been addressed by few or none.

What verticals do you serve?
Hospitality (restaurant, resort, entertainment, sports, convention centers, casinos), and healthcare, specifically assisted living and nursing homes.

What products/services do you provide?
MyConcierge enables contactless customer needs fulfillment in restaurant and entertainment (resorts, concert and sports arenas, convention centers) venues. Customers communicate what they want, when they want it via the MyConcierge app which routes requests to designated responders who reply from the convenience of the MyConcierge web portal on a computer or mobile phone. SeatMe delivers a powerful table status, seating, and wait time management tool for restaurants, enabling users to instantly see and manage available tables, queues of customers with reservations, walk-in seating requests, and curbside pickups.

Name one fun fact that makes your company different from others.
We practically originated the idea of a virtual workplace almost 30 years ago. Our associates span all corners of the U.S., and even under our former corporate structures, have never had a central office, instead opting to gather annually at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
The continued adoption and embracement of mobile platforms and solutions.
