Please describe your company in fifty words or less.
Kazenske Consulting was set up out of my desire to help ISVs and VARs navigate through products that will drive revenue growth. To achieve this, I collaborate closely with my clients to show their potential and develop a customized strategy to maximize it. Whether it is through perfecting their sales process, expanding their product lines, or improving their customer experience, I am dedicated to their long-term success and revenue growth.

Why did you join RSPA?
I was a member of RSPA for seven years while working at BOLD Integrated Payments and Tonic POS. My company joined RSPA because of my experience with the RSPA organization while exhibiting shows, attending education classes, and understanding how beneficial staying updated in the forever evolving ISV and VAR markets and the technology they bring to the RSPA platform. The RSPA is an excellent association that brings all verticals together in one place by offering community connections, resources, events, education, and an entire platform for collaboration for the retail, hospitality, grocery, and cannabis industries.

Name one fun fact that differentiates your company from others.
Fun fact: We are incredibly social, and our outgoing personalities help us create a fun and collaborative environment when consulting with our clients. We work and play hard because I believe we should live life to the fullest and have a work-life balance. You never know what tomorrow may bring, so let us enjoy every moment of our lives by working hard with our clients, spending quality time with our clients and families, laughing a lot, and building meaningful relationships (not in any particular order) with the people we serve, our God, our customers, and, our families.

How do you currently support the channel/what services do you provide to the channel?
We can support the channel with consulting and collaboration to grow its revenue potential and offer products and services that help its customers. I have handpicked the products we promote to enable the channel to save its customers money and time while improving its bottom, enabling it to have meaningful and productive relationships with its clients.

What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the point-of-sale technology industry?
FinTech – Digital Banking, Machine Learning Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain Technology can help consumers and businesses streamline their processes and save business owners time + labor hours = revenue growth.

What are your company’s core values?
The company’s core values of integrity, determination, collaboration, being yourself, and delivering wow show our commitment to excellence and building meaningful client relationships. Richard Branson said it best: If you take care of your employees, the employees take care of the clients, and the clients take care of the business. This is our belief at Kazenske Consulting.
