What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
The technological shift in consumer shopping trends has forced the retail industry to pivot and re-think the entire shopping experience. Just like the dining industry, retail is poised to offer more convenience and customization by leveraging new technologies, creating experiential spaces, and fostering cohesive omni-channel experiences.
