Name one fun fact that makes your company different from others.
“Helpt” sounds like past tense in English, but in Dutch it’s actually present tense. We’re always helping. We call our agents Helptsters and we’re so focused on teamwork, that even our executives sometimes jump into the Helptster queue.
What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
Understanding that we must have an effective blend of human interaction and technology throughout the entire purchasing cycle in order to create great customer experiences, repeat purchases, and peer influence.
