Thank you for supporting RetailNOW 2026, July 26-28 at the Caesars Forum Convention Center in Las Vegas! This roadmap outlines the key steps, deadlines, and cost-saving opportunities to help you maximize your investment and ensure a seamless event experience.

Step 1: Secure Your Booth Space Through the RSPA
  • Lock in your exhibit location early to ensure prime placement and visibility.
  • Review the Exhibitor Booth Design & Layout Rules to ensure compliance. Non-compliant booths must remove violating sections, and any related costs are the exhibitor’s responsibility.
  • Item to consider: Explore additional sponsorship and branding opportunities to stand out among 170+ exhibitors on the show floor. Click here to view remaining RetailNOW sponsorship opportunities.
  • Item to consider: Purchase the Official RetailNOW 2026 Registration List for $2,500 and receive the attendee list within two weeks post-event. Contact Membership@GoRSPA.org to order.
Step 2: Complete Exhibitor Portal Details by MAY 1
  • Register booth staff, update exhibitor company information, confirm app listing, and verify contact details in the RetailNOW 2026 Exhibitor portal (details sent to booth admin via email).
  • Completing this step ensures your brand is visible to attendees before the event.
  • Item to consider: Book your hotel room early at Harrah’s Las Vegas or The LINQ (both connected to Caesars Forum) and take advantage of the discounted RSPA room blocks. Reserve through the RetailNOW 2026 Room Block link to receive the special rate. 
  • Item to consider by JUNE 1: Host a Vendor Partner Meeting. Exhibiting vendor members may host partner meetings, trainings, or hospitality events (space is limited and time slots vary). Step 3: Plan Your Booth Look, Feel, Experience by JULY 1
  • Order and confirm booth furnishings, graphics & signage, accessories, shipping logistics with GES’s Expresso Website.
Step 4: Step 4: Order Electrical, Internet & AV by JULY 1 – Save 20%
  • Order and confirm electrical service, internet connection, and audio/visual needs with Encore’s EventNow.
  • Exhibitors who complete their electrical, internet, and AV orders by July 1 receive a 20% discount on EventNow orders.
  • Ensure your order is accurate to guarantee everything functions properly upon arrival. For assistance, contact Sanders Philips at Encore: phillips@encoreglobal.com
  • Item to consider by JULY 15: Secure a Lead Capture App or Device to collect attendee data at your booth. Booth admin contacts will receive purchasing details from Cadmium, the RSPA’s event management platform provider for RetailNOW. Questions? Email Membership@GoRSPA.org. 
Step 5: Ship Booth Materials to GES Warehouse between JUNE 26-JULY 16
  • Please do not ship directly to Caesars Forum. All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse; Caesars Forum cannot receive or store exhibitor shipments.
  • Any materials sent to the show site will be redirected to GES, and material handling charges will be billed to the exhibiting company.
Step 6: Onsite Setup between JULY 26–27
  • Move in, set up, test equipment, and prepare your booth for success. Full exhibitor load in and out schedule:
Step 7: Engage & Connect with Potential A+ Partners, JULY 26-28 😊
  • Meet potential A+ partners, showcase your solutions, and build lasting business relationships.
Step 8: Teardown Booth on JULY 28 After 2:00 PM PT
  • Begin dismantling your booth promptly at the close of the Expo Hall.
