We have experienced strong interest in our wireless business continuity and failover solutions and RSPA is a great way to make retailers aware of the offerings. We also feel we can bring a great deal of corporate communications thought leadership to the organization.

We rarely utilize voice mail. Its important to us that customers and prospects can reach a real, live person to discuss their needs.
How do you currently support the channel/what services do you provide to the channel?
Our primary offering to the channel is wireless business continuity and network failover solutions. While the wireless service and appropriate hardware are necessities, we differentiate ourselves by providing 24/7/365 monitoring and reporting of our customers sites. Whether the network is 2 sites or 2000 sites we confirm everything is working as designed and do so around the clock.
What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the point of sale technology industry?
Technology keeps getting better and better. From a communications network standpoint reliability and cost effectiveness continues to progress.
