How do you currently support the channel/what services do you provide to the channel?
METTLER TOLEDO sells both through direct sales and through channel partners/distributors. We provide service training, sales support, technical/software support, and professional services to help our customers meet their unique individual needs.
What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the point of sale technology industry?
We are seeing more and more companies open to exploring new ideas and opportunities in POS technology.
