The Retail Solutions Providers Association will conduct its Annual Board of Directors election in August after the conclusion of RetailNOW, in accordance with the Bylaws. This year, the Annual RSPA Member Meeting will be held Wednesday, August 14, from 12:00-1:00 PM ET in a virtual format. This approach allows candidates to interact and campaign during RetailNOW prior to the election.
Online ballots will be accessible starting Monday, August 5, and voting will close Wednesday, August 7, at 11:59 PM ET. Please stay tuned for further details and voting credentials. Only one authorized voter from each member company will receive the ballot link. Newly elected Board members will be announced at the Annual Member Meeting.

- Two (2) Reseller Members to the Board of Directors
- One (1) Non-Software Vendor Member to the Board of Directors
- One (1) Software Vendor Member to the Board of Directors
