The Retail Solutions Providers Association will conduct its Annual Board of Directors election in August after the conclusion of RetailNOW, in accordance with the Bylaws. The election will be held online through closed ballot voting. Prior to the virtual election, please review the Nominating Committee’s list of nominees provided below.
Available positions for election:
- Two (2) Reseller Members to the Board of Directors
- One (1) Non-Software Vendor Member to the Board of Directors
- One (1) Software Vendor Member to the Board of Directors
This year, the Annual RSPA Member Meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 16, from 12:00-1:00 PM ET in a virtual format. Online ballots will be accessible starting Monday, August 7, and voting will close on Wednesday, August 9, at 11:59 PM ET. This approach allows candidates to interact and campaign during RetailNOW 2023 prior to the election. Please stay tuned for further details and voting credentials. Only one authorized voter from each member company will receive the ballot link. Newly elected Board members will be announced at the Annual Member Meeting.
