Revealing hidden vulnerabilities and delivering the education and tools that operators need to protect profits from both internal and external threats, we empower hospitality consultants and vendors to protect their clients from the greatest risks in the industry.

Why did you join RSPA?
Our company joined the RSPA because it brings together the people who shape the technology ecosystem of the hospitality industry. Our mission is to equip RSPA members with tools and resources that help their restaurant and bar clients better protect their businesses from theft and operational loss.

By partnering with POS providers, surveillance experts and hospitality consultants within the RSPA community, we can help identify real-world challenges that hospitality operators face and deliver the solutions that address them. Just as importantly, we aim to empower members with insights and capabilities that help them differentiate themselves in competitive sales environments.

What verticals do you serve?
Our primary vertical is hospitality – bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and multi-location hospitality groups. We also serve the technology partners that support them, including POS providers, surveillance companies, integrators, and hospitality consultants. Our focus is helping this ecosystem identify and prevent theft while giving operators better visibility into their businesses.

What products/services do you provide?
We provide loss prevention education, accountability tools, and industry training designed specifically for the hospitality sector.

We work directly with hospitality technology vendors and solution providers, delivering sales training workshops on consultative selling, branding your business around your team and beyond your product suite, and building referral-driven networks. We help vendors position themselves as trusted advisors while bringing greater value to their restaurant and bar clients.

Our resources include the book, “How I Steal From You,” which exposes common internal theft methods in bars and restaurants and helps operators understand where and how profit loss occurs. We also provide practical accountability tools such as “The Integrity & Accountability Ledger,” a quarterly planner that helps operators track write-offs, daily incidents, spot audits, and operational trends, along with visible deterrents like our “You Report It, We’ll Reward It” kitchen poster.

In addition, we offer online loss prevention courses for hospitality owners and staff, as well as in-person and remote workshops focused on operational controls, loss prevention strategies, and building cultures of accountability within hospitality teams.
