Why did you join RSPA?

We specialize in locally based businesses, and this niche industry of retail, restaurants and hospitality are typical clients of ours. We are the old yellow pages!! So we’ve been around for 140 years, all the while serving small businesses in local communities. As consumer search habits changed, our solution set expanded and evolved to where we are today.
What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
The ability to use AI to propel themselves, become more efficient, and ultimately learn where and how to meet their consumers where they are shopping.
