temi is the world leading open-platform Service Robot company.

Our autonomous robots, which are Android-based and AI-enabled, are used in many sectors, retail being the leading one. We help retailers and brands engage directly with clients, perform advertising and promotion activities in real-time, in real-world scenarios in shopping malls, stores, exhibitions, airports and many others.

Why did you join RSPA?
We joined the RSPA to meet and engage with potential partners in the USA, where our main market is, and in which we wish to expand. We are looking for distributors and partners that will help us reach more end-costumers such as leading retailers and brand to work together and make our robot useful for everyone to achieve their goals.

What are the core values of your company?
We believe that direct, honest and open communication are the basis of a good business. Whether its between clients and service providers, or between business partners, such communication will result in success and in creating a win-win situation.

What verticals do you serve?
We are agnostic to verticals, however we operate usually with retailers, nursing homes owners and operators, hospitals, super markets owners and operators, advertisers, real-estate owners and operators, shopping malls, exhibitions centers and exhibitions organizers and producers and shop owners, as well as directly with the brands that use our systems such as F&B, cosmetics, fashion, healthcare etc.

What products/services do you provide?
We provide service robots that can perform a variety of activities such as way-finding and concierge services, digital signage, mobile advertising, delivery, check-in and check-out from hotels, security activities (such as face recognition), payment services, and many others.

Name one fun fact that makes your company different from others.
We are the only service robot that can speak more than 30 languages! and also, it was invented when our founder saw his grandmother struggling to get a cup of tea from her kitchen to living room and he decided he wanted to get her a robot to do that!

What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
We believe the future of retail IT lies in direct and mobile communication with clients. We believe that this kind of engagement will bring a more personalized experience to end-costumers, resulting in a much more rewarding and exciting experience.
