Please provide a description of your company in 50 words or less.
Stellis Group provides fractional, operator-side help with NCR Voyix/Aloha above-store platforms—standardizing configuration, applying best practices, and keeping day-to-day administration buttoned up. I also run multi-site retail and restaurant technology rollouts end-to-end: planning, staging, install coordination, cutover/go-live validation, and closeout so each site is done right.

Why did you join RSPA?
I joined RSPA to make contacts, of course—but also to be part of a community serving the same retail and restaurant industries I’ve been in, one way or another, since that first job sacking groceries. I like being around people who build, deploy, and keep real-world systems running, and I’m always happy to trade notes or lend a hand.

What are the core values of your company?
Do It Right.
* No surprises: clear status, early flags, and honest tradeoffs.
* Discipline: best practices over clever shortcuts (especially in the NCR Voyix/Aloha world).
* Buttoned up execution: tidy configuration, clean artifacts, and checkable work.
* Handoffs: documentation and transitions that stick.
* Calm follow-through: close it out so it stays closed.

What verticals do you serve?
Retail and restaurant—especially multi-location operators and the solution providers who support them.

What products/services do you provide?
Fractional operator-side help for NCR Voyix/Aloha above-store platforms, plus end-to-end multi-site rollout/implementation leadership for retail and restaurant technology.

NCR Voyix/Aloha above-store ops: best-practice cleanup, stabilization, and steady-state administration
Platforms & tools: ASM, NBO/MenuLink, CFC, Insight/Replication, Pulse, Restaurant Guard

Rollout/implementation delivery: planning, staging/fulfillment, install coordination, cutover/go-live validation, and closeout

Documentation, checklists, and “definition of done” handoffs that stick – for both above-store ops and rollouts.

Name one fun fact that makes your company different from others.
I genuinely enjoy messy projects because it’s satisfying to get them organized and finished.

What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
More standardization and better cloud tooling are pushing retail and restaurant technology toward a healthier model: fewer bespoke environments, more supported platform capabilities, and customization that stays within guardrails. The long-term win is an ecosystem where operators can move faster with less risk—and solution providers can deliver rollouts that are predictable, measurable, and easier to sustain.
