Simpay is a wholesale merchant services provider offering a seamless integration that enables ISV partners to monetize payments within their software. Beyond payments, Simpay delivers a full suite of business solutions, including HR/payroll, commercial insurance and working capital.
Why did you join RSPA?
We joined the RSPA to build meaningful, strategic relationships within its community. Our goal is to collaborate with ISVs and POS providers who are focused on building, scaling, and increasing the long-term value of their products.

Verticals that we support but are not limited to are grocery, apparel, electronics, health and beauty, home, restaurants, sporting goods, specialty retail, and automotive. We provide integrated solutions to all providers serving the retail community looking to streamline operations grow and scale within each market with monetized payments.
What products/services do you provide?
Our partnership model is built to support scalable, revenue-driven growth for ISVs and POS providers. We offer flexible, customized relationships with multiple monetization opportunities like payments, HR/payroll, insurance, and working capital. Name one fun fact that makes your company different from others.
Simpay was co-founded in 2000 in a one-bedroom apartment above the founder’s parents’ pizza shop. Inspired by firsthand experience with small businesses, the company was built to serve clients better than traditional payment providers: no overpromises, no unnecessary equipment, just solutions that work. Today, Simpay delivers Total Business Solutions across all 50, staying true to that client-first mission.
What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
Omnichannel and unified commerce solutions are helping retailers deliver seamless experiences across online and in-store channels. Innovations like IoT inventory management, scalable cloud infrastructure, and digital payment technologies are making retail IT more resilient and responsive. Overall, the convergence of AI, data connectivity, and integrated commerce platforms points to a future where retail IT is more efficient and a key driver of competitive advantage.
