We are the next generation of staff scheduling software. We don’t just wrap existing challenges in complex, colorful software—we solve them. With autoscheduling in under 3 seconds, seamless translation across 21 languages, and a revolutionary shift market, we make scheduling more human, drastically reducing turnover and staffing chaos.

Why did you join RSPA?
We are a growing startup looking to expand alongside partners who see the immense value in integrating with or reselling our product. But we didn’t join RSPA just to help ourselves grow—we joined to actively contribute to the community.

We know that the retail and hospitality IT landscape thrives on strong channel relationships. We want to connect with VARs, ISVs, and technology integrators to complement their existing point-of-sale and management ecosystems. By partnering with us, providers can offer their clients a massive competitive edge, helping them solve one of their biggest operational headaches: labor management. We are here to be a team player, add real value to the RSPA network, and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that help the whole channel succeed.

What are the core values of your company?
Technology must be in service of real humans with real lives. There is a massive amount of value to be unlocked for both staff and businesses by finding a better way to allocate shifts. It’s a major friction point that harms people’s ability to fit life into work and work into life.

Our core value is making scheduling more human, not less. We respect staff by honoring their preferred language, shift preferences, and ability to trade seamlessly. For businesses, we believe in keeping managers laser-focused on driving customer value rather than managing staffing chaos. We build tools that are intuitive and fair. In short: we want businesses to thrive, staff to live happy lives, and customers to see serious value delivered. We want to build a better world by tackling real, everyday operational stress.

What verticals do you serve?
We focus on the most challenging, complex staffing environments we can find. The more difficult the scheduling puzzle with heavy part-time staff, volunteer help, constant call-outs, evolving schedules, and language barriers, the more value we unlock.

Our primary focus is on hospitality, restaurants, and hotels, where labor friction is highest. However, our platform is highly flexible with a broad use case. We seamlessly serve retirement homes, medical organizations, and even public safety and police forces. If an organization deals with complex, varied schedules and needs to optimize its workforce while keeping staff engaged, we serve them.

What products/services do you provide?
We provide an advanced staff scheduling system powered by a lightning-fast autoscheduling algorithm. It balances employee preferences (ideal shifts, available hours) with employer constraints like overtime and slot requirements. Crucially, the manager isn’t replaced; they are empowered with tools to tune the algorithm, rewarding top performers and team players who open up availability.

Key features include:

Shift Market: An in-app coin system allowing multi-way, real-time trades within manager-defined rules, letting staff sort out their own chaos.

Multilingual Messaging: Built-in translation across 21 languages. Vital safety or mandatory messages block app usage until acknowledged, driving accountability and eliminating bloated store meetings.

Shift League: A partnership tool allowing businesses to share staff seamlessly without double-booking.

Name one fun fact that makes your company different from others.
This wasn’t built exclusively by software developers guessing at what small businesses need. It was designed under the direction of a founder who spent years in the restaurant industry running multiple businesses and juggling chaotic schedules. It’s built for real, gritty, daily use.

Also, we only use AI where it makes sense like our Rapid Start feature, which reads legacy schedules and imports staff, roles and other data to get users running fast. But for actual scheduling, we don’t trust AI. We spent time deeply researching algorithmic techniques to solve this problem even talking to a Lockheed Martin engineer who worked on satellite-to-land communication optimization algorithms to build a lightweight, incredibly powerful, proprietary mathematical algorithm. The core of it strikes people intuitively as fair, giving everyone a shot at their ideal schedule while naturally biasing toward your best workers.

What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
I am incredibly encouraged to see technology empowering people to deliver authentic hospitality. Technology is at its absolute best when it is invisible, working under the hood to enhance human-to-human connection rather than replacing it. As an industry, as we automate redundant processes and streamline backend operations, we give businesses the breathing room to increase value from a human standpoint. Eliminating administrative friction allows staff and management to focus entirely on the customer experience. That is what I want to see, and that is what encourages me most about where this industry is heading.
