What products/services do you provide?
Scalefusion Unified Endpoint Management(UEM) helps IT admins to secure and manage diverse devices like smartphones, tablets to IOT, Wearables, VR & POS systems.

Our UEM platform offers a wide range of capabilities including managing devices, deploying updates, enforcing security policies, remotely wiping devices, enrolling BYOD (Bring Your Own Device), and managing applications. By combining concepts like Mobile Application Management (MAM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), UEM simplifies the process of managing various operating systems. This allows IT administrators to control and monitor devices from a single point throughout the device lifecycle.

Name one fun fact that makes your company different from others.
One fun fact that makes our company stand out is our lightning-fast response time and our ability to build new features incredibly quickly. Unlike many companies that take weeks or even months to roll out updates, our agile team can develop and deploy new features in record time. This means we can adapt to customer needs and market changes faster than our competitors, providing a more dynamic and responsive service.

What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
Retailers can expect a wider variety of devices in stores and used by customers in the near future. While the main operating systems from Microsoft, Google, and Apple will remain common, the types of devices we see are set to expand.

The launch of Apple’s Vision Pro VR headset with MDM capabilities is a sign of things to come. We expect a significant increase in different types of devices used in retail. From new IoT devices and immersive tech like AR/VR to wearables and digital displays, these innovations have the potential to change how retailers manage and use their devices.
