What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
The most encouraging thing in recent years has been the retail industry’s ability to react to the pandemic. Pivoting to omnichannel selling, quickly implementing new tech to do more with fewer workers, and getting closer relationships with customers despite less in-person interaction have been impressive to watch. The retail industry is rapidly evolving, and as one of the world’s best RFID solution providers, SATO is at the forefront of that evolution.
