We joined RSPA to get in rooms with people doing real business. VARs know the pain points operators face – we’ve built a product that solves them. We want to build partnerships with those who sell into restaurants every day. We’re here to add value, swap insights, and grow with the industry.

Name one fun fact that makes your company different from others.
RocketBox was born out of real-world kitchen chaos. Our founders tested early prototypes side-by-side with line cooks in live kitchens often during Friday night rushes to ensure it worked where it matters most. Every feature we build is stress-tested in the heat of service.

What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
Operators are getting smarter. They’re done buying software that looks good in a demo but doesn’t perform on the floor. The shift is toward tools that prove ROI fast. That’s good news for companies like ours that deliver measurable outcomes in days, not months.
