Jet City Label provides color and thermal label printers, software, applicators, and supplies through our online B2B platform. We specialize in expert pre-sales guidance, post-sales support, in-house graphic design, and helping businesses bring label printing in-house. Seattle-area customers also have access to local will-call pickup. We ship nationwide in the US and Canada.

Jet City Label has been family-owned since 1995 and was inspired by Seattle’s “Jet City” roots. One unique niche we serve is seafood processing, including customers operating directly on fishing vessels and in remote coastal environments.
What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
One of the most encouraging trends in the retail IT industry is the increased adoption of technology by businesses of all sizes. Solutions that once felt too complex or out of reach are becoming more accessible, helping companies improve efficiency, automation, visibility, and day-to-day operations across their organizations.
