Name one fun fact that makes your company different from others.
We are hungry. Just as everyone else is. But after 25 years in corporate America, we know the right way to do business. Having an honest conversation with someone and building a long term partnership is more important that squeezing pennies out of a sale. Coming from nothing and from a household that consisted of two grandparents that did their best to make ends meet with a child they didn’t plan on raising; taking a step away from the security of a consistent paycheck was tough. That’s why I called the company Fulton. The name of the street I grew up on. So every day it reminds me of the bigger picture and why we do this.

What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
Change isn’t a bad thing unless you don’t adapt. The tools that are coming out now are just the tip of the iceberg on whats to come. We all use AI in some form or fashion, but I doubt most of us really understand the capabilities of it. Myself included. As retail evolves it will be even more important to have experts to walk hand in hand with business owners to make sure they stay ahead of the curve and outrun their competition.
