Please provide a description of your company in 50 words or less.
Dill is a multi-site labelling platform for retail and foodservice. We unify software, integrations, hardware, and consumables into one driverless system—covering stock rotation, food-to-go, and retail pricing. With real-time data and built-in traceability, Dill delivers scalable, compliant labelling across operations.

Why did you join RSPA?
We’re building Dill as the infrastructure layer for labelling across retail and foodservice—and RSPA sits at the center of that ecosystem.

Our growth is partner-led. VARs, ISVs, and distributors already own the customer; we help them expand into higher-value, recurring workflows.

We joined RSPA to support the channel with a modern, integration-first platform—one that unifies software, hardware, and consumables, and can be deployed fully driverless, without on-site technicians.

With increasing regulatory pressure (Food-to-Go labelling, traceability), partners need scalable, compliant solutions that go beyond devices.

Dill enables that shift—from selling hardware to delivering complete, connected workflows.

What are the core values of your company?
1. Fully driverless
No drivers, no technicians, no on-site setup. Deploy and support remotely.
2. Usage tracked by default
Every label is logged—enabling traceability, reporting, and automated consumables reordering.
3. Connected by design
Integrates with POS, ERP, and data providers to remove duplication and manual work.
4. Compliance built-in
Allergens, expiry, and traceability handled at the system level.
5. Multi-site first
Central control with consistent output across locations.
6. Operator-ready
Fast, reliable, and simple to use in real environments.

What verticals do you serve?
We serve multi-site operators across:
Foodservice (QSR, fast casual, bakeries, contract catering)
Food-to-Go / fresh food retail (high compliance environments)
Grocery, convenience retail and service station
Production & central kitchens
Hospitality groups
Strongest fit where labelling is operationally critical (allergens, expiry, traceability), multiple sites require standardisation, and existing systems (POS, ERP, labelling tools) are disconnected.

What products/services do you provide?
Dill is a full labelling ecosystem combining software, integrations, hardware, and consumables:

Software
Multi-site label management platform
Supports key workflows via dynamic templates: food-to-go, stock rotation, and retail shelf labelling
Fully driverless printing (no drivers, no technicians)
Built-in traceability (who printed what, when, where)

Integrations
Connects to POS, ERP, and data providers (e.g. Clover, Square, Shopify, Lightspeed, Square and more via Foodhub / POSHub)
Pulls product data, pricing, ingredients, and barcodes automatically

Hardware
Optimised for Brother Mobile Solutions (TD & RJ series)

Consumables
Label supply with usage tracking
Automated reordering based on site consumption
We replace disconnected tools with one connected labelling layer across sites.

Name one fun fact that makes your company different from others.
Dill tracks every label printed in real time—by site, user, and device—giving partners full visibility into usage and the ability to troubleshoot print issues remotely.
That same data also powers automated consumables tracking & reordering, turning labelling into a recurring, usage-driven workflow.

What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
The pace of regulatory change—especially around Food-to-Go labelling, including new requirements in New York City—is pushing operators toward connected, software-driven systems.

These changes make real-time data and central control essential across locations—static tools can’t keep up.
At the same time, AI is reducing deployment friction. At Dill, our AI agent generates and adapts label templates automatically, making onboarding faster and easier for partners.

Together, these shifts are turning labelling into a flexible, data-driven infrastructure layer within retail IT.
