Why did you join RSPA?
We joined RSPA to connect with VARs who are already serving retail and field service businesses — companies that are sitting on years of untapped institutional knowledge trapped in documents their frontline staff can’t access. BucketsAI is a natural add-on for any POS or retail IT partner looking to expand their solution set: we don’t replace existing systems, we layer onto them. RSPA gives us the right channel to find partners who understand operations at the store and field level and can bring BucketsAI to the operators who need it most.

Retail (hard discount, specialty, and convenience), field installation and HVAC, customer service teams, healthcare and clinical operations, pharmaceutical and CPG distribution, and B2B sales enablement. Our primary US focus is retail and field service, where the gap between documented procedures and frontline execution is widest.
What products/services do you provide?
BucketsAI is a B2B SaaS platform that ingests a company’s internal documents — training manuals, SOPs, product guides, compliance policies — and turns them into a role-specific AI assistant employees can query via mobile in natural language. No IT integration required. Clients go live in days, not months. We offer per-seat licensing with onboarding support and a dedicated success layer for each vertical deployment.
Name one fun fact that makes your company different from others.
One of our earliest clients is a large hard-discount retail chain with thousands of frontline users. Their store associates now get answers to operational questions in seconds — in their own language — without ever opening a binder or calling a manager. That single use case convinced us we were building something that actually matters on the floor.
What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
The convergence of mobile-first workforces and AI that actually understands context. For years, the retail IT industry built great systems of record — POS, inventory, scheduling — but the knowledge to use those systems well stayed locked in the heads of experienced managers or buried in PDFs nobody read. We’re finally at a point where that gap can be closed affordably and at scale. The most exciting thing isn’t the technology itself — it’s that frontline workers are about to become genuinely empowered decision-makers for the first time.
