11Ants is an AI‑powered intelligence platform for retailers, led by Ant, an AI retail expert that integrates with and extends POS platforms. Ant delivers insights, plain‑language answers, and advice from POS, loyalty, product, and inventory data to support decisions on margin, assortment, promotions, and experience. Used in 4,000+ stores worldwide.

Why did you join RSPA?
We joined RSPA to collaborate with VARs, ISVs and POS providers who want to turn the retail data they already manage into AI‑driven intelligence, create new recurring revenue streams, and deliver more value for their retail customers.

What verticals do you serve?
Our primary vertical is hospitality – bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and multi-location hospitality groups. We also serve the technology partners that support them, including POS providers, surveillance companies, integrators, and hospitality consultants. Our focus is helping this ecosystem identify and prevent theft while giving operators better visibility into their businesses.

We provide an AI‑powered Retail Intelligence platform that enables anyone in a retail organisation to get data, answers, insight and advice on what to do next. Our outputs are built on analysis of multiple data sources (POS, loyalty, budget, inventory, and more) and delivered in plain English anyone can understand.

Name one fun fact that makes your company different from others.
The name 11Ants comes from the 11 retail‑specific algorithms that formed the foundation of our first product in 2015 – each algorithm was known as an “Ant.”​

What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
AI’s ability to add meaningful value by improving the accuracy and speed of day‑to‑day decisions, while making data and insights accessible to all business users, not just analysts. When done well, it helps retailers compete more effectively, run leaner operations, and build more sustainable businesses in a rapidly changing world.
