RSPA Names Heather Monroe-Broussard Member Services Manager

RALEIGH, NC – The Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA) recently announced the hiring of Heather Monroe-Broussard as a Member Services Manager. Broussard, who has 22 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality technology industries, will work alongside the RSPA Member Services Team of Peggy Fry, Nicole Greene, and Chris Arnold.

As an RSPA Member Services Manager, Broussard will play a key role in helping retail IT VAR, ISV, and vendor members build relationships that accelerate their success. Broussard’s addition to the RSPA team is significant as she will help deliver RSPA White Glove Service by personally engaging with members to understand their goals and challenges, then connecting them with the right RSPA resources, member benefits, and peers to support their continued growth.

Broussard resides near Austin, TX, with her husband Shane, son Bishop, and their dog, Avery. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, boating, and listening to live music at an old Texas dance hall.
