RSPA Names Denise Watson Member Services Manager

CHARLOTTE, NC – The Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA) today announced the hiring of Denise Watson as a Member Services Manager. Watson, who has several years of channel and retail experience, will work alongside RSPA Member Services Manager Ashley Naggy who has served the retail IT channel community for the past five-plus years.

Since 2016, Watson worked at hospitality solution provider Avero, advancing from Channel Operations Executive to Partner Enablement Manager to Sales Operations Manager. Among her duties were channel sales team strategy and implementation, providing demonstrations and trainings to partners and merchants, and engaging with VARs and ISVs at industry trade shows and conferences. Watson also developed and facilitated training content for Avero reseller partners and worked with them on strategic initiatives to grow their business. Prior to Avero, Watson worked for merchants Bass Pro Shops and Big 5 Sporting Goods as an event coordinator and manager, respectively.

RSPA Member Services Managers drive membership retention and growth, sell sponsorships and exhibit space, and coordinate with the RSPA staff on delivery of membership services.
