PayTech Women Introduces 2024 Board of Directors

Forward-Thinking Leaders and Expanded Membership Signal a Pivotal Era in Advancing Gender Equity and Inclusion in the Paytech Industry

KENT, OH PayTech Women, the leading non-profit organization dedicated to advancing women in payments and fintech, revealed its 2024 Board of Directors, showcasing a significant three-fold surge in membership since 2020. Embracing a commitment to diversity and gender equity, the newly elected leaders represent a breadth of industry expertise and diverse career backgrounds, reflecting the evolving landscape of the organization’s membership. PayTech Women Announces 2024 Executive Committee

As part of the PayTech Women Executive Committee’s seamless leadership transition, Polly Van Duser, SPHR, vice president of talent acquisition, One Inc, and former president-elect of PTW, transitions to president, succeeding Kelly Beatty, chief performance officer, FIS, who is now immediate past president. Audrey Blackmon, vice president of sales – financial institutions, i2c Inc., moves into the president-elect role; Dawn Delaney, vice president of corporate development and partnerships, corporate investment bank, JPMorgan Chase, becomes treasurer; and Whitney Russell, president of digital solutions, banking division, Fiserv, joins the Executive Committee as secretary.
