New York, NY – Fiducia AI, an innovator in visual AI solutions for immersive retail and digital experiences, announced the successful deployment of its SpeedShotX Visual AI Lens in collaboration with rising designer Kate Barton, following her interactive New York Fashion Week presentation.
During New York Fashion Week, the emerging designer presented an interactive experience developed by Fiducia AI that allowed guests to virtually try on her fall collection. The presentation featured multiple installations, including large screens showcasing her latest campaign with real models wearing collection garments against AI-generated backgrounds, alongside lifesize displays highlighting detailed elements such as draping, hardware, and silhouettes.
Guests could also virtually try on looks through large-scale screens utilizing Fiducia AI’s SpeedShotX Visual AI Lens, generating hyper-realistic outfits by snapping a picture after selecting a look. The activation drew significant engagement, enabling accurate virtual try-ons without requiring users to remove outerwear.
Built with IBM watsonx, IBM Cloud, and IBM Object Storage, the technology also includes features such as an AI agent capable of answering questions in multiple languages, detection of new arrivals, and access to garment materials, cost, descriptions, and photos. Users can also share their virtual try-on images via QR code.
Following the event, the technology has been implemented on Barton’s e-commerce platform for her spring 2026 collection, extending the experience beyond in-person environments and enabling broader access to the brand.
The deployment reflects continued exploration of how technology can enhance the fashion experience, supporting both in-person engagement and digital interaction.
