Aures Group Names Moray Boyd as CEO

Founder of Javelin/J2 Retail Systems to Lead Company’s Global Growth

Boyd joined Aures in 2013 as Managing Director. “Moray has been instrumental in establishing the Aures brand in North America,” noted Jeff Burroughs, Aures VP of Sales and Marketing. “He really listens to customers and that translates into unique regional products that will continue to shape our global growth.” Boyd launched Javelin Systems Europe in 1998, notable for bringing touchscreen technology to the POS industry, then founded POS hardware manufacturer J2 Retail Systems in 2002. J2 Retail was acquired by Aures in 2013 and its rugged touchscreen terminals are used today by leading U.S. retailers under the Aures brand.
