New Hires:
Christina Ochsner was hired as Director of Research and Consulting. Christina is responsible for managing the Services group at TSG and will lead market intelligence and consulting projects. Prior to joining TSG, she held multiple roles at PayPal, most recently as Director of Finance Product Enablement.
Darren Adelgren was hired as Senior Associate. Darren brings nearly 20 years of experience in payments technology to TSG. Previously, he served as General Manager/SVP Global Software Channel at EVO Payments and as Commerce Group Director at IP Commerce.
Mike Trilli was hired as Product Manager. Mike employs a product-centric approach to help clients achieve their strategic goals. His expertise spans a wide range of payments markets, products, and companies, thanks to his roles at American Express and TSYS Acquiring Solutions (now Global Payments).
Audrey Turner was hired as Program Manager. Audrey collaborates with Product to re-evaluate and enhance offerings, aiming to deliver compelling value, meet evolving customer needs, and drive sustainable growth. Audrey was Product Director at Fiserv before joining TSG.
Jake Drustrup was hired as Sales Development Representative. Jake is responsible for managing connection efforts across TSG’s suite of products and services. Jake helps the revenue team grow clients and opens the door to future clients of TSG’s services.
Morgan Murphy was hired as Graphic Design Specialist. As a multifaceted graphic designer, Morgan interfaces throughout the organization to maintain brand standards, develop digital marketing materials and content, and support client output.
Promotions:
Shawna Kozisek was promoted to Head of Special Projects focusing on initiatives that support the company’s goals. Shawna has over 25 years of merchant acquiring and banking experience. Before TSG, Shawna was SVP of Product Management at Mutual of Omaha Bank and Director of Operations at TSYS Merchant Solutions.
Zach Spellman was promoted to Manager of Projects. In this role, Zach drives the creation of a standardized project management function, supporting TSG’s consulting and market intelligence business units.
