Why did you join RSPA?
We have helped a number of retail and hospitality focused MSPs with their use of ConnectWise PSA and CPQ, and wanted to expand our reach in this area.

We are not focused on any particular vertical. Our clients are any company that uses ConnectWise PSA or CPQ, BrightGauge, Quoter.

  • PSA and CPQ Optimization – Analysis and recommended cleanup of ConnectWise PSA & CPQ to eliminate inefficiencies, fix data issues, and streamline operations.
  • Process and Business Consulting – flexible, expert-driven support to improve ConnectWise systems and business processes—whether you need targeted help on a project, cleanup assistance, or ongoing strategic guidance through hourly or recurring engagements.
  • Ongoing Support – troubleshooting issues, answering how-to questions, validating system behavior, and guiding cleanups so your team stays efficient and confident.

What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
One of the most encouraging and challenging things for the future of the IT industry in general is the increased focus on proactive approaches and automation where possible, while still maintaining a people-first approach.
