Why did you join RSPA?
We joined RSPA to help get spread the word on Navi and get it into more restaurant operations. We have a phenomenal platform that is servicing a massive need (and massive gap) in the restaurant marketplace. Every restaurant absolutely needs inventory control — most restaurants can’t pull of the complicated solutions that exist. They are too much money and far far too much work. Navi makes the entire process simple. We have a great referral program for any company that wants to make introductions.
What are the core values of your company?
We want to make restaurants better. So many restaurants are losing money and they don’t have to be. Recipe management and inventory control are critical but so many restaurants don’t have a solution that they can use effectively.
If we can help restaurants be more way more successful and build our brand in the process, we are happy.

It was started by one of North America’s leading restaurant consulting companies literally because they didn’t have a good solution to recommend to their clients.
What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
More people are now buying into the fact that technology can help them. 10-15 years ago, there were so many operations that found IT more of a nuisance than a necessity. Now people are really embracing how it can help them be better.
