MAPP Advisors is a fintech advisory firm with a core focus on payments M&A and management consulting. Founded in 2015, our reputation is built on delivering accretive results to clients across the fintech and software ecosystem. Our domain expertise is a direct result of founding, operating, and advising payments companies for over 30 years.

What products/services do you provide?
Management Consulting: We specialize in payment monetization for SaaS companies, portfolio valuation and optimization, and partnership strategies for acquirers, issuers, and integrated software vendors
Transaction Advisory: Sell-side, buy-side, and capital-raise services ranging from pre-revenue to enterprise clients
Acquiring Services: Establish acquiring programs for sponsor banks and develop new processes / audit existing programs for processors, payment facilitators, merchant service providers, and major merchants

We are Advisors, not Investment Bankers. We focus on what’s best for our clients rather than closing a transaction. We encourage our clients to take action that will increase their valuation in the long run, rather than adopting a short-term, quick-fix approach.
What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
Smart stores that leverage new technology to create a more engaging shopping experience and a seamless checkout process. It’s also encouraging to see retailers becoming more aware of the health and environmental impact of their products and ingredients on consumers and the natural world.
