Hardware (all POS hardware plus back office PCs, inventory scanners, digital price tags), software (Counterpoint, NCR Silver, Aloha Cloud), hosting, networking, managed services, credit card processing, professional services
Name one fun fact that makes your company different from others.
We have a monthly award called a DAMN award for those caught Doing Amazing, Memorable, Noteworthy work. Peers nominate each other (managers can’t participate). At the end of each month the entries are taken from the board and drawn from a hat at the next month’s team meeting. The winner is recognized and gets $150. It encourages recognition of jobs well done and helps foster an environment where people want to help eachother.
