What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
ISVs are the most important partner in the supply chain. They own the merchant relationship. Software-defined commerce is winning: open APIs, mobile-first acceptance, and stronger security standards are letting partners innovate faster while improving the merchant experience.
