Innowi is an all-in-one, revenue-generating restaurant technology platform. Founded in 2014 by ex-Motorola engineers, we unify POS, kiosks, QR and online ordering, delivery, and marketing into one system built to grow a restaurant’s revenue—because we only grow when the restaurants we serve grow.
Why did you join RSPA?
We joined the RSPA to plug into the heart of the retail and hospitality IT community and to grow alongside it. Our number-one goal is growth for every stakeholder we work with—starting with the restaurant—so building relationships with the resellers, ISVs, and payment partners who serve merchants every day is a natural fit. We want to learn from the best solution providers in the industry, share what we’ve learned building a revenue-generating, all-in-one platform, and contribute our restaurant-tech expertise back to the community. The RSPA’s focus on knowledge, connections, and advocacy aligns perfectly with our nationwide expansion and our belief that we only succeed when our partners and customers do.
What are the core values of your company?
Grow our customers first — our number-one goal is growth for every stakeholder we work with, and it starts with the restaurant. Every tool we build is designed to generate revenue for them.
We grow when they grow — we tie our success to our customers’ and partners’ success, not to one-off sales.
Innovation with purpose — cutting-edge technology should drive real revenue and solve real operational pain, not add complexity.
Simplicity — one integrated, revenue-generating platform instead of a tangle of disconnected tools.
Empowerment — putting enterprise-grade, growth-driving tools in the hands of independent restaurants.
Integrity & partnership — transparent pricing, dependable support, and long-term relationships.
What verticals do you serve?
Our core focus is restaurants and hospitality across every service style: quick-service (QSR), fast-casual, full-service, cafés and coffee shops, bubble tea and dessert concepts, food trucks, and independent multi-cuisine restaurants. We also have experience deploying our technology in casinos, resorts, and hotels. Our platform is built to flex from a single independent location to multi-unit operators expanding nationwide.
What products/services do you provide?
Restaurant POS — dual-screen point of sale with employee, menu, and table management, offline order-taking, tips, refunds, discounts and rewards.
Self-serve Kiosks and Tabletop QR Ordering to speed service and grow order size.
Online Ordering & Delivery — first-party ordering that cuts third-party commissions and captures customer data.
Kitchen Display System (KDS) to digitize the kitchen.
OrderHub order aggregation, InnowiDash analytics/reporting, and a Restaurant Management App.
Marketing & loyalty tools (rewards, gift cards, campaigns).
Integrated payment processing.
Name one fun fact that makes your company different from others.
In a previous life, our team built and deployed technology for some of the biggest names around—Walmart, American Airlines, and top resorts and casinos. Restaurants were never part of the plan; we honestly never thought about the industry. But once we saw how much opportunity there was to help restaurants grow, we were hooked—and we landed in what we now think is the most interesting and most human industry of all. That’s where we’ve pointed all of that enterprise-grade experience: bringing big-brand technology to independent restaurants and helping them grow.
What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the retail IT industry?
The most encouraging trend is the industry’s move toward true unified commerce. Merchants are done stitching together a dozen disconnected apps—they want one platform where POS, self-service, online ordering, payments, kitchen, and marketing all run on the same system and share the same data in real time. That’s the future we’re betting on: when every channel is unified, a restaurant finally sees its whole business—and every revenue lever—in one place. Combined with affordable AI and self-service tech, unified commerce is putting enterprise-grade capabilities within reach of independent operators. What excites us most is that it’s actually working: the revenue-generating tools we bring from the enterprise world—self-serve kiosks that lift order size, first-party online ordering that cuts third-party fees, targeted marketing and loyalty—are showing results almost immediately, often within weeks. It levels the playing field so a single restaurant can deliver the speed, personalization, and insight that used to belong only to national chains—and see the revenue impact fast. For solution providers, the value is moving from selling boxes to delivering measurable outcomes on one unified platform—and that’s a future worth building.
