We joined RSPA to connect with the leading community of retail, restaurant, and grocery technology providers who are shaping the next generation of customer engagement. Bakstage.AI is focused on helping VARs, ISVs, vendors, and service providers bring practical Agentic AI into real-world commerce workflows – not as another chatbot, but as a conversion engine that can qualify intent, answer questions, recommend next steps, schedule appointments, and escalate to a live human on video when trust or complexity matters.
