What would you tell other resellers like you about the need to join RSPA?
Having experienced the RSPA event in August 2016, I was impressed by the level of service demonstrated by the RSPA staff, as well as the coordination and quality of topics and breakout sessions.
What is the most encouraging thing you see for the future of the point of sale technology industry?
“Users/consumers” of POS technology are challenged by security, evolving technology, and budget thresholds under which to manage. Competition, from a hardware and software perspective, has made these POS “refreshes/upgrades” more attainable in a timely manner.
