RSPA Announces First Recipients of Sales & Support Specialist CHARLOTTE, NC | September 21, 2011 Charlotte, NC - The Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA) announced the first recipients of the RSPA Sales Specialist and Support Specialist certificate programs. Robert Bauer, President and Kathy Hitchings, Account Manager, both of BMC in Lansing, Michigan are the first to complete the requirements for the RSPA Sales Specialist credential. Michael Brian Smith, hospitality installer and William "Billy" Harris, retail installer both with Postec in Roswell, GA, have also completed the RSPA Support Specialist credentials.
