Basic Guidelines (Applicable to all presenters/contributors)

All presenters/speakers are required to send a high resolution photo, short biography (3-6 sentences is sufficient), and brief synopsis of the content they will be presenting. RSPA Webinar Guidelines
SUBMIT A WEBINAR PROPOSAL

On-line education sessions are scheduled the 2nd and 3rd Wednesday each month at 2:00 PM/Eastern. Final content is due the Monday before the session. Please allow for a 20-minute practice session several days prior to the ‘live’ date. Please plan to ‘join’ the session 20 minutes prior to the ‘start’ time for the ‘live’ broadcast.

Content
An outline of your presentation must be provided for approval. Please include the title of your presentation, contact information, and learning objectives. For example:

After listening to this online session, you will be able to explain the content that has been presented. The content requirements are as follows: All content should be industry specific and company neutral; Content is limited to 30-40 minutes, with 5-10 minutes for questions from the audience; RSPA Education PowerPoint template will be provided; Provide 5 questions that be used to test for key concepts presented during your session; The broadcast product we use has an audience response polling feature, please provide polling questions in advance if you would like to use this feature; All sessions are recorded and archived for on-demand viewing on the RSPA website. Marketing
Marketing pieces may include a listing or article in our industry publications ‘connect’ magazine, juice-news, social media sites, and GoRSPA.org website. Additional direct email pieces may also be utilized. Please provide a short abstract/teaser that describes the content you will be presenting, a high resolution photo and short biography (3-6 sentences is sufficient).
