There are certificate programs available for Sales and Support professionals who are interested in showcasing their credentials. When a percentage of a reseller’s staff has completed our certificate programs, the company may apply for Premier level certification.
What is RSPA Certification?
The Certification Program is a way to identify your company as one that conducts business in a professional manner by providing exceptional levels of sales, service and support to the retail technology marketplace. Merchants or other end-users know that when they purchase a product or service from an RSPA Certified reseller, they are entering into a relationship built on trust, integrity, and competency.
