The candidate must be a child or grandchild of the owner of an RSPA member dealership. The owner member must have a record of good standing with the RSPA for at least the past three years. The applicant's parent or grandparent must be an active employee of the member firm.
The candidate must be a full-time employee or a child of a full-time employee of a current RSPA member dealership. The dealership must have a record of good standing with the RSPA for at least the past three years. The employee must have at least three years of service and be actively employed at the time the scholarship is awarded.
*Neither part-time employees nor their children qualify. Part time is defined as 20 hours per week or less.
Be at least 16 years old on the day the application for the current year is due
Graduate from high school or its equivalent before July 1st of the year in which he or she will use the scholarship

*Scholarship applications are reviewed by an independent, third-party evaluator to determine awards. Scholarship checks are made payable to the educational institution he or she plans to attend. The checks will be sent to the school of each award recipient the third week of August. Winners will be announced at RetailNOW 2014 in August.
