RSPA Membership


MEMBERSHIP:

The Retail Solutions Providers Association is the Industry Association for the retail information technology representing hardware manufacturers, software developers, distributors and resellers -- any company providing retail technology products or services -- to the hospitality, general retail, supermarket or c-store vertical markets.

Membership in RSPA may be held by businesses whose work touches or can be classified primarily in the Retail Technology industry. Applicants must have adequate facilities to operate such a business and shall be of good credit and reputation. RSPA members have voting privileges and one owner, director or officer of the member firm may be elected to serve as a director or officer of the association.

RSPA members in good standing may participate in all member benefit programs, participate in all RSPA discount and buying programs, may purchase all products offered by RSPA Services at member pricing, may apply for credit from RSPA Services, may register and attend all association conventions, conferences, and training seminars at member rates, and will receive all association publications. Children and grandchildren of reseller owners that have been RSPA members for at least three consecutive years and reseller employees and/or employee children that have been employed by an RSPA member for at least three consecutive years may apply for college scholarships from the RSPA Scholarship Fund.
